Call to me, and I will answer you; I will tell you great things beyond the reach of your knowledge. —Jeremiah 33:3 NAB

These Northern Lights in Iceland are witnessed by earthly eyes and the stars alike. If these inconceivable beauties can be seen by all mortals, imagine what more God has for us who love Him. We cannot fathom it but we can believe through eyes of faith.
Prayer
Lord, you telleth the number of the stars, and calleth them all by their names (Ps. 147:4). You knoweth each ribbon of light that cascadeth down. And you see me standing here in the dark, in awe of You.
Quote
You shone, you gleamed, and you dispelled my blindness: you gave off fragrance and I drew in breath and panted for you...you touched me, and I burned in your peace.
—St. Augustine, Confessions, bk. X, chap. XXVII (my translation)
Thought
One needs to be in a dark place in order to see the Northern Lights.
