Mirror, Mirror

And all of us, with unveiled faces, seeing the glory of the Lord as though reflected in a mirror, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from the Lord, the Spirit. - 2 Corinthians 3:18 (NRSV)

Mirror, mirror, on the wall...

She's thinner than I am, and she graduated from an Ivy League, and she lives in ...

I once heard a pastor say, "Where there is comparison, there is sin."


Lord, as I hang amidst the ivy, give me the grace to look upon You and reflect Your Image instead of thinking about mine. Help me to rest upon Your solid rock.
