Yet I am always with you; you take hold of my right hand.  With your counsel you guide me. —Psalm 73:23, 24 NAB

In this New Year, I reach for His HAND.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                      (photo: Trevor Livezey)

In marriage, we each take His HAND, trusting that He will bring us closer to Himself and to one another.

As parents, we grasp His HAND along with that of our child and pray for our home to be a place of peace.

Prayer

Jesus, today I reach for Your HAND. Show me Your way — individually, and in my marriage, and in my parenting.

Quote

God has taken me by the hand and led me along the way.

//St. John Henry Newman (1801-1890)

Thought

Think about past years and consider ways the Lord has led you and been faithful to you. Reach for His HAND in 2026.

This concludes our “Cristo” series. I hope you have enjoyed it.
